Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, individuals have rights in relation to their personal data, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
You can ask Stackt to
- tell you whether and how we process your personal data;
- give you access to personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete personal data where the legal conditions for erasure are met;
- restrict or object to certain processing where applicable;
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
- provide portable data where the right applies; and
- address concerns about qualifying automated decision making.
How to make a request
Email stackttek@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request and tell us what right you want to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Do not send your Stackt PIN or unnecessary financial information by email.
Complaints
If you believe Stackt has not handled your personal data appropriately, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission through its official channels.
Stackt will never ask you to send your PIN as part of a data rights request.
